The importance of the work carried out by Every Life Counts

Every Life Counts spent several days in hospital alongside a mum and her precious baby, supporting her through one of the most devastating experiences a parent can face. During this time, Every Life Counts was there to offer comfort, compassion and practical support ensuring she was not alone.

They supported the family with memory making, helping to create meaningful keepsakes that honour the baby’s life and give the mum something lasting to hold onto. 

Alongside this, Every Life Counts helped to organise the baby’s funeral, easing the burden of practical decisions at a time when grief can feel overwhelming.
