Baby Malachi was pulled out of the freezer of the abortion facility in Dallas where Norma "Jane Roe" McCorvey worked. Dr. McCarty, put that baby back together after a rescue in a Dallas, Texas abortion mill. Baby Malachi was 21 weeks.
Testimony of D. J Patrick McCarthy
I am a practising medical doctor, licensed by the State of Texas, and in good standing, with offices situated in the City of Dallas, State of Texas, USA. My medical speciality is obstetrics and Gynaecology. I have been Board Certified in my speciality since 1966. In addition, I am a clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School, in Dallas, Texas.
In or about the month of March 1993, after Flip Benham had gathered the dismemberd fragments of the child's body and I pieced them together.
I was present with Marco Medina, a professional photographer, took a photograph of the body of this aborted baby, whose abortion had taken place at a Dallas Texas Abortion facility. That abortion facility is now closed.
Mr. Flip Benham, together with other members of a group he led, which was known as Operation Rescue, gave this baby the name Baby Malachi. Since then, we have referred to him by this name.
The photograph appended as exhibit hereto does truly and accurately reflect the condition of the Baby Malachi at the time the said photograph was taken.
